Are you looking for jump rope with weighted rope or weighted handles? Our BurnoX jump rope has a 9mm PVC heavy rope that weighs 1/2lb itself. It's much heavier than the speed ropes that usually weights 2~3 oz. This will give you much more challenge on upper body muscle, it's perfect if you're on boxing or muay thai training.

The BurnoY weighted jump rope has a 12mm PVC rope that is 1.3lb, with bigger aluminum handles. It's for even higher level of weighted training.
